What You’ll Do
Oversee daily repair shop operations and service department performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
Manage shop personnel, workflow, scheduling, and productivity
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify service recommendations
Ensure customers receive accurate repair recommendations and exceptional service
Monitor shop efficiency, technician productivity, and repair quality
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Promote safety standards, operational excellence, and a positive team culture
Support profitability, customer retention, and continuous process improvement
Minimum Qualifications Required
Previous experience managing an automotive, diesel, fleet maintenance, or repair shop operation
Leadership experience supervising technicians, service advisors, or shop personnel
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Experience overseeing shop workflow, scheduling, and productivity
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced service environment
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Professional and customer-focused approach
