Your Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining propane appliances and systems. You’ll also step in to deliver propane when needed, ensuring safe and professional service every time.
You will install, service, and troubleshoot propane appliances and storage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
You will run gas service lines, set tanks, change out regulators, and ensure all installations comply with safety regulations.
You will assist with bulk propane deliveries and operate a variety of vehicles, including tank trucks and trailers, following DOT safety requirements.
You will perform light maintenance on vehicles, grounds, and facilities.
You will complete service tickets, work orders, and records of work performed.
You will serve as a trusted resource to customers, providing professional communication and customer support.
Support emergency response and after-hours service calls as required.
Job requirements
What are we looking for?
A high school diploma or equivalent, with strong reading, writing, and math skills.
A valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements) and an excellent driving record.
Demonstrated knowledge of propane systems and appliances, with a focus on safety in handling, installation, and transportation.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, dragging hoses, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Dependability, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-hours and emergency calls.
