Your Role:

This Maintenance Manager will step into a leadership role with the autonomy, resources, and support to make an immediate and lasting impact. They will have the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing facility by applying their mechanical expertise, leadership skills, and systems knowledge to help meet company objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 5–10 years working with ammonia refrigeration

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisor/managerial experience

• Enjoy mentoring others and building strong working relationships with staff and vendors alike.

• Comfortable using system-monitoring tools and learning new software as needed.

• Familiarity with OSHA, PSM, EPA, and other regulatory programs is essential.
