What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers through various channels, including warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.

  • Engage with Decision-Makers: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, understanding their needs and introducing them to the company’s solutions.

  • Manage CRM Data: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update Zoho CRM with relevant details.

  • Drive Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups: Implement follow-up strategies to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel, setting up appointments for the outside sales team.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and ensure a smooth lead transition to the sales team.

  • Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the industrial automation and technology space.

Job requirements

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with potential clients.

·       High energy, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

·       Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and CRM platforms (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus!).

·       Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, or technology solutions is a plus!
