Position Overview

The company is seeking a growth-minded executive leader to oversee manufacturing operations, business operations, sales strategy, and organizational growth initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in helping scale an already successful manufacturing business through its next phase of operational and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operations leadership experience, relationship-building ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading within a small-to-mid-sized manufacturing environment while driving operational excellence, team development, and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, sales, marketing, customer service, and team leadership

  • Drive revenue growth through relationship-building, business development, and channel expansion

  • Provide full operational leadership and support overall business profitability and performance initiatives

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key retail, distribution, and marketplace partners

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, process efficiency, and scalable growth initiatives

  • Lead and develop a small, dedicated team with accountability and strong communication

  • Maintain the company’s customer-first culture and commitment to service excellence

  • Partner closely with ownership on strategic planning, operational execution, and long-term business growth

  • Support scalability initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability

  • Ensure strong communication across operations, customers, vendors, and leadership teams

This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for helping guide the next phase of growth for a respected manufacturing company with established products, customers, and infrastructure already in place.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, operations leadership, business operations, or general management

  • Leadership experience in plant operations, manufacturing management, operations management, or similar operational environments

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

  • Proven ability to lead teams within a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment

  • Experience driving business growth, operational improvements, or sales initiatives

  • Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on leadership role within a smaller organization

  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and execute effectively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with major retailers, distributors, or e-commerce sales channels

  • Background in manufacturing, building products, light industrial manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries

  • Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management

  • Experience leading operational growth or scaling a manufacturing business

  • Familiarity with production environments, operational excellence initiatives, and process improvement strategies

  • Experience managing customer relationships and service-focused operations
