Position Overview
The company is seeking a growth-minded executive leader to oversee manufacturing operations, business operations, sales strategy, and organizational growth initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in helping scale an already successful manufacturing business through its next phase of operational and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operations leadership experience, relationship-building ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading within a small-to-mid-sized manufacturing environment while driving operational excellence, team development, and strategic growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, sales, marketing, customer service, and team leadership
Drive revenue growth through relationship-building, business development, and channel expansion
Provide full operational leadership and support overall business profitability and performance initiatives
Build and strengthen relationships with key retail, distribution, and marketplace partners
Identify opportunities for operational improvement, process efficiency, and scalable growth initiatives
Lead and develop a small, dedicated team with accountability and strong communication
Maintain the company’s customer-first culture and commitment to service excellence
Partner closely with ownership on strategic planning, operational execution, and long-term business growth
Support scalability initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability
Ensure strong communication across operations, customers, vendors, and leadership teams
This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for helping guide the next phase of growth for a respected manufacturing company with established products, customers, and infrastructure already in place.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, operations leadership, business operations, or general management
Leadership experience in plant operations, manufacturing management, operations management, or similar operational environments
Strong relationship-building, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to lead teams within a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment
Experience driving business growth, operational improvements, or sales initiatives
Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on leadership role within a smaller organization
Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and execute effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams
Preferred Experience
Experience working with major retailers, distributors, or e-commerce sales channels
Background in manufacturing, building products, light industrial manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management
Experience leading operational growth or scaling a manufacturing business
Familiarity with production environments, operational excellence initiatives, and process improvement strategies
Experience managing customer relationships and service-focused operations
