Your Responsibility
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and friendly voice of Blumont Energy, providing support and solutions to customers while keeping our office operations running smoothly.
You will greet and assist customers in person and by phone, handling inquiries, payments, and service requests with professionalism and care.
You will support our accounting processes by posting payments, reviewing accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies, and helping minimize losses on accounts.
You will process and review service paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness so field teams can deliver seamless service.
You will prepare service agreements, maintain customer records, and handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, mailing, and updating account information.
You will serve as a vital link between our customers, service teams, and management, ensuring communication flows clearly and issues are addressed promptly.
You will promote our services and products, projecting a positive attitude that builds trust and long-term relationships with our customers.
Job requirements
What we are looking for?
You will bring a high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will have good computer skills and the ability to access, update, and manage customer information in a digital environment.
