Your Responsibility

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and friendly voice of Blumont Energy, providing support and solutions to customers while keeping our office operations running smoothly.

  • You will greet and assist customers in person and by phone, handling inquiries, payments, and service requests with professionalism and care.

  • You will support our accounting processes by posting payments, reviewing accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies, and helping minimize losses on accounts.

  • You will process and review service paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness so field teams can deliver seamless service.

  • You will prepare service agreements, maintain customer records, and handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, mailing, and updating account information.

  • You will serve as a vital link between our customers, service teams, and management, ensuring communication flows clearly and issues are addressed promptly.

  • You will promote our services and products, projecting a positive attitude that builds trust and long-term relationships with our customers.

Job requirements

What we are looking for?

  • You will bring a high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You will have good computer skills and the ability to access, update, and manage customer information in a digital environment.

  • You will bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both customers and coworkers.

  • You will demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in handling financial and customer records.
